- 4 large ensuite bedrooms : 4 of the bedrooms are ensuite bedrooms twin or double. Possibility of one more ensuite double bedroom situated in its own chalet in the garden.
- 2 sittings rooms : The principle sitting room has a log fire and floor to ceiling windows that lead out to a large terrace with truly exceptionnal views. The downstairs sitting room has a wide screen TV and a small selection of books, videos, DVD's and board games

Services (winter) : Catered
- Different cooked and continental breakfast each morning
- Freshly baked cakes at teatime,
- canapes and a four course evening meal -expertly prepared by a professional chef. To accompany dinner we also provide a selection of paired wines, beer and soft drinks, as well as champagne on your last night
- Although the Chalet Schuss is ski in ski out , a chauffeured in resort minibus service is provided. So, if you wish to ski the other areas in the Chamonix valley or go to town for apres-ski or shopping the staff will be more than happy to take you there. This service is available from 8-10 am and 4-10 pm.
Please note that between 10am and 4pm there is one driver for this chalet and another chalet. This means that you will either have to book the driver in advance, or be prepared for the possibility of a wait whilst the driver drops off the guests he is already driving before coming to pick your party up.
You should be aware that although the chalet is ski in ski out it is located on the side of a red run. So only those who can ski red runs can ski from the chalet's front door. However those who can ski blue runs would probably be able to ski back to the chalet in the afternoon as the short section of the red that they would have to ski on would be graded a blue if it were an entire piste.
The other thing worth noting is that the chalet has a private drive that is about 160m long which does not get snow cleared. There is a Landrover defender which is used to transport the clients up to the chalet, but from time to time you will be required to walk. It is therefore recommended to bring out some good out door boots.
Summer (self-catered) :
Linen, bath towels and toiletaries are provided. There is a barbecue at your disposal. The hot tub is not available during summer.
